Mediation

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a confidential and voluntary process in which a mediator or co-mediators assist participants in conflict to negotiate, problem-solve, and reach solutions, all with the intention of circumventing the need for trial. Mediation places decision-making authority and empowerment firmly in the hands of the involved parties, allowing them to collectively arrive at a mutually acceptable resolution.

Mediation can be conducted virtually, offering optimal scheduling flexibility for all parties involved.

Mediation, in its essence, is a more economical and expedited alternative to litigation. It empowers participants to collaboratively formulate and consent to outcomes, thereby steering clear of the imposition of decisions by arbitrators or judges.
